MEDcom offers complete Software and System Support to our clients. We specialize in Raintree as well as Lytec Medical software, but can assist and support you in almost any software problem.

Although there are differences in software; we like Raintree for its flexibility, we like Lytec for its simplicity, and there are features and benefits to hundreds of other software products, but we feel what really makes a practice's usage of software successful is the support that comes with the software. As a result of our many years of experience in software support, development, systems analysis and business operations we are able to tackle and resolve your software/system problems. We specialize in Raintree and Lytec Medical, but we are able to tackle and resolve most any software or system problem.

Raintree is easy to use, but also a robust and customizable system. MEDcom can assist your practice rather it is building Medical Records, creating custom reports or adding and using custom information from within the program. With Raintree, we have the capability of building adjunct or ancillary systems within the software itself, to work hand in hand with the Raintree core data.

Do you have some special needs or problems with your Lytec System? We have had experience with Lytec Medical since 1991. Bradford Brown started a company as a reseller of Lytec Medical in 1991 and became the top reseller in the state of Texas before selling his Value Added Reseller dealership.

For the Lytec users, our objective is not to sell you software, but to assist and advise you with your Lytec Software. There is a tremendous advantage to our customers with us not being a Lytec Reseller.  Our emphasis is where we always wanted it to be; supporting our customers in their best interest. Not in the interest of selling software. We still support and assist customers with Lytec Versions back as far as Lytec 6.5.

Does the end result bring you to needing Lytec Software? Still not a problem, MEDcom has approved partners through which you can purchase the software, usually as some significant discounts and we at MEDcom can still install and train.

We have expertise in practice management as well as technical software issues plus hardware and computer networking. We have a large resource of professional, competent computer hardware and networking personnel available through our alliances.

We primarily offer support today through online internet connections, direct to your office. However, on site support is also available. Sometimes there is nothing like being there in person. For our premium on site support service we can provide you the best available.
